Delivery Policy

After placing your order with Canyon Blinds, you will receive an email confirming your online purchase from our secure payment gateway. This email will contain your order details. Your order should be confirmed within a few minutes after payment is received. Once your order is ready, we will be in contact with you to make arrangement for delivery, or delivery and installation if you selected that option at checkout. You may follow up with us at any time to track the process of your order via email to info@canyonblinds.co.za.

Our custom-made blinds range take anywhere between 10 and 14 working days to be delivered from time of placing your order. All our estimated time frames begin once full payment has been received by Canyon Blinds. Our delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Canyon Blinds strive to meet all delivery timeframes, but in saying this, there will be times when estimated delivery times are not in our control. Our customers will be notified via email if there are any delays being experienced in the blinds they have purchased. Canyon Blinds will not be liable for any losses suffered or incurred due to delays in delivery. If your order has not been received in the specified timeframe, please feel free to contact us via email on info@canyonblinds.co.za.

Canyon Blinds will deliver your order to the delivery address you entered at checkout. At the time of delivery, your package must be signed for; the person who accepts and signs for the delivery is deemed by Canyon Blinds to be authorised to receive the goods at the delivery address allocated to your order.

If arrangements for delivery have been made, and the delivery fails where Canyon Blinds are not at fault, a re-delivery charge will apply, and Canyon Blinds reserves the right to hold all goods until the re-delivery fee is settled in full.

If there is a query to your address, you will be contacted via email prior to dispatch.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you find that Canyon Blinds has sent a blind other than that described in the order or with an incorrect measurement, please contact Canyon Blinds within three working days from time of receipt. You will be required to email info@canyonblinds.co.za with your order details and photo evidence.

If a photo does not accompany your email, it will be difficult to rectify the issue and delays may be experienced. If Canyon Blinds is found to be at fault, we will send a replacement order to the customer.

If for any reason a blind is worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if it has been dropped or broken, then Canyon Blinds return policy does not apply.

Unaltered ready-made blinds that are returned must be returned in their original condition along with your purchase order. All delivery and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. If you wish to replace your blind, please email in advance, and notify us via email at info@canyonblinds.co.za.

Blinds that have been customised and / or altered to your specifications can not be returned. Customer’s specified sizes for custom and altered blinds are unique to your window requirements and for this reason may not be returned. Please use or how to measure instructions to ensure your measurements are correct. If you require assistance or advice, please feel free to contact us or email us at info@canyonblinds.co.za, and we will be glad to assist you wherever possible.

If, for any reason, a customer decides to alter a blind or use another supplier to alter the blind and the blind is damaged or does not function properly as a result, then Canyon Blinds return policy will not apply.

Returns and repairs that are deemed at the time to be the customer’s responsibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Damaged, altered, and / or wrong measurements will be charged on a labour and materials basis. All repairs or alterations must be approved by the customer prior to any work commencing.

Blind descriptions, pictures, and colours contained on our website are to be used as guidelines only. Canyon Blinds will not be responsible for colour choices made based on scanned colour samples and / or images of your computer monitor.

If you discover that any blinds are damaged, please report this to us within five days of delivery. Please do not attempt to install blinds that have been damaged in delivery, as this will void any warranty claim. If Canyon Blinds is not notified within five days, we cannot be held responsible for the damaged item or replacement cost.

All our products are made locally, using the best quality components and materials. We only use trusted suppliers and can therefore offer our customers the best made to measure blinds and shutters on the market.

We sell high quality blinds and shutters at the best rates on the market. 

Although we have excellent quality products, we don’t let that determine our pricing.

We offer delivery of your blinds and/or shutters to all our customers in Gauteng, at low rates. Select this option during your checkout and have your order dropped off at your door.
